Day 6: Active Recovery (Stretch & Mobility)
- Downward dog stretch – 30 seconds
- Cat-cow stretch – 30 seconds
- Hip flexor stretch – 20 seconds per side
- Shoulder stretch – 20 seconds per side
Day 7: Challenge Yourself!
- Combine your favorite moves from the week
- Do a 20-minute full-body workout
- Finish with 5 minutes of stretching
