Day 6: Active Recovery (Stretch & Mobility)

  • Downward dog stretch – 30 seconds
  • Cat-cow stretch – 30 seconds
  • Hip flexor stretch – 20 seconds per side
  • Shoulder stretch – 20 seconds per side

Day 7: Challenge Yourself!

  • Combine your favorite moves from the week
  • Do a 20-minute full-body workout
  • Finish with 5 minutes of stretching
